No end of problems
Bunch on conning salesmen. Sold me a faulty BMW which had no end of problems and then did everything to get out of it. Stay away from this company because when things go wrong they blame the customer and then start telling you "we have a good legal team".

Amazing customer service
Went in not really knowing what car I wanted. Matty asked loads of questions and took the time to show me every car he had matching my criteria. I was torn on whether to buy the car straight away as I didnt want to rush into any decision, and was able to put down a fully refundable deposit to hold the car while I took 3 days to think about it and come to a decision. Matty went above and beyond to make sure the process was as easy and as stress free as possible! There was absolutely no pressure at all, which made the decision so much easier. Also worth noting the car did have a dent in the rear passenger door (didn't mention it as wasn't bothered, bumps happen) but upon collecting the car was shown that it'd been fixed at no extra charge to us. Came away with a fantastic looking Seat Ibiza, fully MOTed, and in pristine condition. 10/10 service & would highly recommend. Thanks once again guys!

We bought a Skoda Citigo for my daughter on Friday came with a full MOT and service and has been booked in for a belt change. Matthew was very professional and honest. I would recomend buying from York Road Motors. Excellent t service.

As a lady going into a garage sometimes can feel a bit uneasy .. york motors were soo nice . Matty dealt with us what a lovely guy let us test drive there and then . Gave us time to decide after we left then picked car up 3 days later . A big thumbs up car is great service was great so glad we went there . Thankyou york motors my daughter is over the moon

Very pleasant experience. Treated with respect and knowledge, came to view a specific car and it was ready and waiting for us, some cosmetic work was carried out to a high standard in quick timing! Every part of the ownership paperwork was taken care of and they kept me informed throughout the week on the car's progress through the cosmetic work so I knew when it was ready, and easy to arrange pick up day and time! So overall I could drive away a very happy customer.

Just recently bought a Santa Fe from the garage But my review is not about the vehicle although I am very happy with the purchase It is a bout mathew who sold me the car what an absolute asset to the garage kept me in the loop all through the sale Car had a problem with amplifier not working they sourced one which took a couple of weeks to arrive but mathew kept me updated all the way through I have my own business and I am already telling everyone what a genuine guy mathew is honest from the get go As I have already said he is a credit to himself and the companyThanks again mathew kev

Great service
Fantastic experience with these guys from enquiry to picking up my car . it wasn't ready when I went to look at it but they did a full service MOT and some minor bits we agreed before I picked it up and I got a great deal on a 12 month warranty . Highly recommend.

Don't Buy From this Garage
I had an absolutely terrible experience buying a car from * Personal information removed by Feefo *. After just 3 months, the engine completely failed, leaving me without a car for 2 months while I waited for him to resolve the issue. When I finally got the car back, it was in even worse condition than before. The suspension, gearbox, and engine all had serious problems, none of which were properly addressed. This has been by far the worst experience I've had buying a car. I would strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from York Road Motors. His lack of professionalism and failure to resolve these major issues have been incredibly frustrating. He's over promised and under delivered on every aspect, as I have paid £5000 for car that doesn't work.

Excellent customer service
I was looking for a Nissan Note and saw one advertised with no photos.I was a bit reluctant to go here due to the previous ownership who ceased trading overnight.Anyway I decided to go and have a look just to get the reg so I could check it on the DVLA web site.So glad I did Tom was brilliant explained they we're nothing to do with the company that closed down and the car had just came in so it hadn't been prepared told us the history of the car and let us take it for a test drive.Although I had looked at a few and had some more to look at I decided to buy this one based on its condition and the customer service I received.I was buying it for the wife and she said she was impressed that Tom explained everything to her instead of just talking to me about the car.I ordered and paid for a spare key.When I went to pick the car up Tom refunded the cost of the key as he had found the spare which means I have three keys at no cost to me.He could have just binned a key and said nothing.Car is excellent the wife left a packet of biscuits ( the good ones) on the passenger seat of her old car as a thank you.I will definitely return here when I need to purchase a new car and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Very helpful
From stepping into the door the staff were helpful and friendly and unlike other places they were not pushy at all. I bought a car for my daughter and she is delighted with it. As a matter of interest they also helped ,e with a problem on my own car. A very helpful and professional team. Highly recommend !!

Great garage and great service, the best car dealers in the town in my opinion. The lads are very professional and not at all pushy. I took the car for a test drive and knew straight away I wanted it, payed the deposit, they got the car a new MOT'd and service then I picked it up 2 days later

The after care is really good too, I got a warranty with the car and two weeks after buying it, the air bag warning light came on, I phoned them, they booked me in and got it fixed. Hassle free and the car is perfect for me, I love it!
